Alputon Inc. has designed a series of quality chemistry services along the pharmaceutical R&D process, using its eI2C
technology platform and other core competences including computer aided
drug design, medicinal chemistry, organic synthesis and process
chemistry.

eT2H (expedite the target to hit)
It refers to hit generation libraries and usually hundreds to one or
two thousands compounds with drug like properties are synthesized.
Scaffold synthesis is required for some cases.
eH2L (expedite the hit to lead)
It corresponds to hit follow up libraries and tens to hundreds
compounds are commonly prepared per hit chemotype. Ideally, multiple
points of variation on the chemotype will be probed. Speed of compound
delivery and quantity of the final compounds are top two priorities in
our collaboration, so that our clients would save time and money in
gathering all necessary biological data to make an informed decision on
the project. Compounds generated from our technology platform remove
"false positive" completely.
eL2D (expedite the lead to drug)
This is the lead optimization. Outsourcing back-up programs to Alputon
can free up clients' internal resource for more critical tasks. We are
capable of providing highly challenging medicinal chemistry services
for lead optimization in several areas, such as driving potency,
improving selectivity, improving microsome stability, addressing
physical properties issues, as well as other ADME related issues. IP
protection is strictly enforced in our operation.
On the other hand, our services can be categorized along the specific tasks shown as below:
• Small to medium size of compound library synthesis
• Intermediates and/or scaffolds scale up
• Drug reference standards preparation
• Impurity and/or metabolite synthesis
• Lead optimization, including potency-driven SAR study and ADME-driven SAR study
• Drug candidate scale-up for preclinical studies
• Process chemistry development
• Manufacturing capability available with partners in China
